1. General Member
Donation Fee: Rs. 5,000/-
Annual Renewal Fee: Rs. 1,000/-
General Members shall represent NCIB at the District level. They may undertake assignments within the district;
however, their official designation will remain “Member”, and all duties must be performed in
accordance with this designation. General Members are authorized to meet and transmit relevant information to
local police authorities as required.
2. District Unit Officer
Donation Fee: Rs. 15,000/-
Annual Renewal Fee: Rs. 1,000/-
District Unit Officers shall represent NCIB within their respective districts. They will receive structured
training in legal awareness, public communication, and information handling.
Their core responsibilities include:
• Collecting public information and complaints
• Forwarding the same to police departments, media, and government agencies
• Strengthening NCIB’s operational effectiveness at the district level
District Unit Officers are authorized to interact with:
• Local Police Officials
• District Administration
• Print and Electronic Media
General Member: Intermediate (12th Pass)
District Unit Officer: Graduate + minimum 2 year experience in social services sector

Member and officers are required to submit Activity Reports on a quarterly basis.

All NCIB Members and Officers serve on a voluntary basis; no remuneration is provided.
NCIB Headquarters shall not be liable for any misuse of the Identity Card issued during membership.
Identity Cards must be returned to the HR Office upon membership expiry. Renewal must be completed within 30 days.
Members must promptly notify the HR Office of any change in their address, mobile number, or email ID.
In case of loss of the Identity Card, Appointment Letter, or Certificate, written information along with a Police Complaint must be submitted immediately.
Members must contact their District Head, State Head, or HR Office at least once each month.
Any violation of NCIB rules, policies, or conduct standards will result in disciplinary action.
For any doubts, issues, or clarification, members must contact NCIB Headquarters.
Misconduct, misbehavior, or misuse of authority may lead to membership cancellation.
Membership is non-transferable, and all fees paid are non-refundable.
All rights are reserved by NCIB. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Gonda only.
